Alfred J. Douglas

Alfred (Fred) Douglas graduated from law school in San Diego, California,
in 1972. Soon afterwards he entered a private business involving civil
litigation, which was active until he left for Israel, with his family,
in 1994.
A year after moving to Israel, he was licensed as an attorney here
as well.
Since then, he has practiced in the legal department of Rafael-Armament
Development Authority of the Ministry of Defense, involving national
and international contracts of sophisticated equipment, prior to joining
the firm of Goldsobel & Kirshen.
At Goldsobel & Kirshen, Fred works mainly on commercial law, relocation,
employment agreements, investment agreements, research and development
contracts, OEM and license and distribution and US and Israel corporate
transactions.

Amit Leibovitch

Amit Leibovitch joined Goldsobel & Kirshen in 2003 after
serving as legal counsel to Supersol Ltd. where he gained
valuable experience in corporate and securities law, joint
ventures and finance transactions. Prior thereto, he was
an associate at a leading Tel Aviv law firm where he handled
high-tech investment transactions and joint ventures.
He also was involved in trading and administrative law
and import/export transactions. He is now engaged primarily
in investment transactions and the practice of civil and
commercial law in all their aspects.
Amit holds degrees both in economics and law from the
University of Haifa.

Tal Noy-Cohen

Tal Noy-Cohen joined Goldsobel & Kirshen in 2006
after serving as the Intellectual Property Advisor for
IBM Israel for eight years where she gained extensive
experience in intellectual property management,
prosecution and strategy. Tal has vast knowledge in
various aspects of commercial transactions including
technology licensing, R&D, OEM and software agreements.
Tal holds a B.A. in Criminology and Corrections from
California State University Northridge, a LLB (cum
laude) from Haifa University, a LLM from the
University of Tel Aviv, and an MBA degree from the
University of Haifa.
